Carrentals.co.uk is offering really cheap car hire around the world. Carrentals.co.uk also won a prize in the category Best car hire web site by Travolution Awards 2008.

In a couple of months I’m going to Spain and it would be really nice to have my own car a couple of days, you get more freedom with your own car. So I tried out Carrentals web site since you can compare prices of up to 50 car hire companies in seconds.

I filled out the search form for the Pick Up Location, the date, what type of car I wanted (I chose the medium sized since I have plenty of garbage with me!), the date when I wanted to drop the car off, and my age.
After I clicked search, a list of 384 cars popped up instantly. I could see an image of the car, what features that car had (air condition please!) and how much it would cost me.

To the right of the search results a box appeared with options to filter the search. It listed all car types including the one I chose, from the lowest price to the highest. I could also filter so I could see the ones with air conditioning or not and what type of transmission I would like.

It was really simple and useful! So I would really recommend this site if you are planning on hiring a car!
